Polydimensional Reality

The world operates on layers most never see.

New

Most people engage with one layer of reality at a time. Events, headlines, reactions. But the world is never flat. Every moment unfolds simultaneously across dimensions that rarely get named.

The Surface and What's Beneath

What we call "current events" is merely the visible surface. Beneath it lies economic architecture, cultural memory, ideological tension, and geological history — all active, all shaping outcomes. A conflict is never just a conflict. A policy is never just a policy.

To understand anything fully, you must hold multiple layers in mind at once.

Why Single-Layer Thinking Fails

When analysis stays on one layer, it produces incomplete conclusions. It mistakes symptoms for causes. It creates solutions that address surfaces while leaving root structures intact. Most discourse — political, economic, cultural — operates this way by default.

The YMG Framework

YMG navigates the world by tracking at least four simultaneous layers: the material (resources, infrastructure, bodies), the informational (narratives, data, signals), the relational (power, trust, alliance), and the existential (meaning, identity, purpose). None of these layers can be collapsed into another.

Applying This

Start with any event. Ask what is visibly happening. Then ask what economic interest it serves. Then what narrative it reinforces. Then what it reveals about how people understand their place in the world. Each question opens a new dimension.
